About Lucy

An agency that sells search is judged on how it turns up in public, and that is Lucy's problem to solve. She sits close to the SEO, paid search and AI search teams because their work is her raw material, and the job is getting it out of a report and into something a person would actually choose to watch or read, in a voice that still sounds like the people who did it.

She organises the agency's events and produces the content around them, including Ski Commerce, its own conference in Queenstown, and she coordinates events for Startup Queenstown Lakes alongside the agency work. Events are where most of the year's best material gets made, and where a lot of the next year's clients first turn up.
